Our upstream provider will be carrying an emergency activity to divert a fibre cable in the Poplar area of London.
During this time the FA-1 cable system between London & New York will be offline. Due to this, we expect an increase in latency between North America & Europe as transit services take other paths.

The schedule is provided as a guide, which is subject to change depending on conditions encountered during the activity.

We will provide updates as they become available during these works.
